ANTIQUES EXHIBITOR
APPLICATION INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

ALL EXHIBITORS must apply using our online form.
Our online application is for both new exhibitors and returning exhibitors that were awarded jury exempt status for 2021.
For 2021 jury exempt exhibitors: Applying online will ensure that we have your current contact information,
allow you to provide current images of and information about your work and help to reduce printing and mailing costs.
Please read all information before completing our online application.
We are a juried antique, fine art and craft show. Acceptance is based upon the quality of the antiques as well as booth
presentation.
In order to ensure a balanced and varied selection of exhibitors, we limit the number of exhibitors accepted in any single media
or genre.

ANTIQUES:
Quality antiques and collectibles. Booth appearance must be in keeping with the professionalism of the Art and Craft sections of
our show.
Limited availability in this category. Please apply using our online application.
- Exhibited items are restricted to antiques of similar quality to those represented in the images submitted with the
application.
- Exhibitors must have a 3-day inventory.
- Exhibitor booths are 15' x 20' self-contained displays.
- Booths must be kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Tables must be covered and all other structural aspects hidden from sight.
- Tents and displays must be secured and able to withstand all weather conditions. We are a rain or shine event!
- Exhibitors shall not sublet or share all or any part of their exhibiting area.

Upload Four (4) Images with application:
- Three (3) images of types of antiques that will be displayed at our show.
- One (1) image of the booth display that will be used at our show.
- Booth image is required for new applicants. Do not submit an application without one.
NOTE: 2020 Accepted Exhibitors are
not required to submit a booth image. They should submit 4 images of their current inventory instead.
- Professional booth appearance is an important part of our jury consideration.
- Label each image with your first and last name and title of work.

Mail the $300 booth fee after submitting your application. (Does not apply to 2020 Accepted Exhibitors who deferred their booth fee to 2021)

Only complete applications will be juried.
If not accepted, your uncashed check will be returned to you with your notification.
