2013 Scituate Art Festival Exhibitor Application

The Scituate Art Festival is held in the Village of North Scituate, Rhode Island every year over the Columbus Day weekend.  The next Show will be held October 12, 13 & 14, 2013. The hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm and Monday from 10am-4pm.

The booth fee for the Art and Crafts Sections is $275. The size of all booths in those Sections is 10 feet across the front and 10 feet deep.

ARTISTS and CRAFTSPEOPLE: As of April 1, 2013, the application period for the first jury selection has closed. In the event that, after the first jury selection has been made, we still have spaces available in certain media, we will make a second selection. As such, we encourage interested fine artists and craftspeople to apply by clicking on one of the links below. In the event that we do close entries for any specific media, we will update this page to include that information.

ARTISTS and CRAFTSPEOPLE WHO APPLIED PRIOR to the MARCH 31, 2013 DEADLINE: Thank you for applying to exhibit at the Scituate Art Festival! You will be informed of your status (accepted, declined or wait listed) by May 31, 2013. Checks will be returned to those who were not accepted and to those who asked not to be wait listed. Checks for accepted exhibitors will be cashed. Checks for wait-listed applicants will continue to be held.

ANTIQUE DEALERS:  The Antiques Section of our 2013 Show has been filled. If you would like to be notified in the event that an antiques booth becomes available, please send us an email and we will place your name on our waiting list.
